Professional Counseling Services
Professional Counseling Services (PCS) offers various substance abuse services to our patients. Professional Counseling Services (PCS) includes Outpatient Substance Abuse Services, Perinatal Supervised Living, Transitional Living, Prevention, and HIV Services in Robeson County. PCS also sponsors a CASAWORKS site in Moore, Pitt, and Johnston counties. PCS' main office is located just outside of Pembroke, N.C. in the COMTECH complex at 910-521-4270.
