Baby Love Program
Baby Love is a state sponsored medical assistance program. Through this program Maternity Care Coordinators are assisted by Mother's Advocate and Maternal Outreach Workers in the following areas: recruitment of pregnant clients, assessment, service planning, and patient transportation.

All Baby Love services are provided by Robin Emanuel, OGNP. Her schedule is listed below.  Other RHCC providers are available to assist you when she is not at a particular site. RHCC also contracts with specialized medical staff for its high-risk patients. For additional information or to enroll in Baby Love, please contact the numbers below at the center closest to you.
